1 on 1 Personalized Counselling

During our 1 on 1 counselling sessions together, we will delve into various techniques and tools tailored to meet your individual needs, fostering a safe and non-judgmental space. We will engage in conversations to explore and address your thoughts, emotions and behaviours; working towards an understanding of self.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative Therapy is a creative approach that utilizes tools such as metaphors, visualization and personification of emotions in order to support exploration in the counselling process. This exploration can come in the form of verbal expression or physical expressing in using art to create and communicate ones inner world.

Somatic & Trauma Informed Counselling

Somatic therapy is a holistic approach that focuses on integrating the mind-body connection. We will explore how our nervous system influences our daily lives, what dysregulation and regulation looks like for you. As well as our window of tolerance and how our experiences of trauma can impact our overall wellness.

Creative Art Therapy Sessions

Art Therapy can be a powerful approach to use in counselling because it engages both the mind and body with processing emotions and experiences. You can foster self-expression, unleash inner creativity, and embark on a personalized healing process.

Eco-Therapy Counselling

Eco-therapy is a form of counseling that involves connecting with nature to promote healing and overall well-being. Embracing the natural world can allow for a deeper connection with oneself and the environment. This encourages you to spend time in the present moment experience and may lead to increased mindfulness and a sense of inner peace.

Therapeutic Release Session (TRS)

In a Therapeutic Release Session, we are intentionally reflecting on your early life years, beliefs and values and how they have translated into your adulthood. This style of session may support a safe space to express any repressed emotions that are stuck in the body, offering an opportunity to release anything you may have been holding on to.

The heart is like a garden.

It can grow compassion or fear, resentment or love. What seeds will you plant there?
